By using LotIQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

LotIQ provides automated land and lot analysis, including zoning, cost, and deal estimates. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own real estate work.

Not professional advice

Our output is an estimate produced from third-party and public data. It is not legal, financial, appraisal, engineering, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for your own due diligence, surveys, permits, or professional review. Verify anything you rely on before you buy, build, or sell.

Accounts

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

Payment

Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancel any time; your plan runs through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or analyses in bulk.
• Share your account with people outside your plan.
• Reverse engineer the service or interfere with its operation or security.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

We own the service, its software, and its branding. You own the inputs you submit, and you grant us permission to process them so we can deliver and improve the service.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
