Do I pay when I apply?
No. You apply and book a call first. If we both think it's a fit, we'll send the enrollment link after the call.
Is LotIQ Pro really included?
Yes — a full year of LotIQ Pro starts when you join. If you already pay for Pro, we'll move you onto the mentorship year.
What happens after the first month?
The weekly 1:1s are for your first month. After that you keep the private community, working deals with our team, early features and LotIQ Pro for the rest of the year.
Do I need experience?
No. The program is built to get you to a first deal — tell us where you're starting in the application.
How is this different from the free Academy?
The LotIQ Land Academy is our free Discord for everyone. Mentorship is private: 1:1 time with the founders, deals with our team, and a year of Pro.
